Four dimensions of Relational Work

It’s important to know people’s strengths to give people the jobs that they will do the best work in. The four dimensions of relational work are;

  1. Influence.
  2. Interpersonal facilitation.
  3. Relational creativity.
  4. Team leadership.

One person can have all four qualities or separate people can have strengths in particular ones creating a strong team.
